          <p>The <strong>Table</strong> command inserts Data Table records into the drawing as a visible CAD table object. This is useful when you need a printable schedule, report, quantity table, parcel list, asset list, or attribute summary inside the CAD drawing.</p>
          <p>This command does not create or edit the stored Data Table itself. It creates a separate CAD table object based on the Data Table records and formatting options selected in the <strong>Insert Data Table</strong> window.</p>

            <strong>Data Table vs CAD Table:</strong><br />
            A Data Table stores attribute records linked to drawing objects. A CAD table is a visible drawing object used for annotation, presentation, and plotting.

          <h2>Before You Start</h2>
          <p>Before inserting a Data Table as a CAD table, confirm the following:</p>
          <ul>
            <li>The drawing contains at least one Data Table.</li>
            <li>The selected Data Table contains records.</li>
            <li>The fields you want to display are available in the table.</li>
            <li>The records have been reviewed and saved.</li>
            <li>The drawing contains or can create the target layer and text style.</li>
            <li>You know where the table should be inserted in the drawing.</li>

            <strong>Important:</strong><br />
            The inserted CAD table is a snapshot of the current Data Table records. If records are edited later, insert or update the CAD table again as required.

          <h2>Insert the CAD Table</h2>
          <p>After configuring the fields and table settings, click <strong>OK</strong> to insert the CAD table.</p>
          <p>SPCAD then prompts for the table placement point in the drawing. Select a suitable insertion point where the table should appear.</p>
          <p>After insertion, the CAD table exists as a drawing object and can be moved, plotted, or managed like other table objects in the CAD drawing.</p>

            <strong>Important:</strong><br />
            If the Data Table records are edited later, the inserted CAD table does not automatically update unless the workflow specifically provides an update command. Reinsert the table when a fresh report is required.
