The legend is generated directly from the\u00a0surface\u2019s\u00a0<strong>classification type<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>class definitions<\/strong>\u00a0(ranges, colors, and descriptions), so what you see in the legend matches how the surface is\u00a0rendered.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>When to use<\/strong> the\u00a0<strong>Insert Legend<\/strong>\u00a0tool<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use&nbsp;<strong>Insert Legend<\/strong>&nbsp;when you need a clear, printable explanation of the surface symbology e.g.,\u00a0<em>Elevation<\/em>)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a row for\u00a0<strong>each class<\/strong>\u00a0showing:\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the\u00a0<strong>color<\/strong>\u00a0used on
